dfgfdgAlpha Gefsi established in 1998, located in Northern Greece under Mount Olympus. Ιt is specialised in the production of Traditional Greek Dips and Spreads out of the finest local supplies. Company’s goal is to make extremely tasty mediterranean delicacies that represent the (ancient) Greek gastronomy at its best. From the beginning, Alpha Gefsi managed to distinguish itself from the competition by its superior tasting. There are being followed exclusive recipes, that are based on Greek tradition and at the same time meet the new eating trends of the market. Alpha Gefsi make use of a selection of high-end ingredients that are individually tested before they are blended, offering a unique taste. They can be combined perfectly with all kinds of meals and appetisers, however most commonly they are served by a breadstick or a piece of pita bread to dip in and enjoy a yummy quick snack! Greece has been known around the world from its lovely variety of foods, such as Feta Cheese PDO, Greek Yoghurt, Extra Virgin olive oil, etc. Alpha Gefsi developed this “thesaurus” of Greece, and created more than 20 delicious dips and spreadable products based only on local suppliers. Demand of spreadable products has been increasing the last few years and Alpha Gefsi under its brand is already supplying massively the largest Super Market chains across Greece and many other countries. Establishing its brand at all major food shows around the world (such as Anuga, Sial, etc.) and extending the product shelf-life up to 6 months, allowed Alpha Gefsi to expand to N.America, Asia and other 3rd countries as well. The production unit works in compliance of international organisations assuring quality and safety of its products, such as BRC, IFS & ISO. Demand of spreadable products has been increasing steadily the last few years and Alpha Gefsi under its brand is already supplying massively the Biggest Super Market chains across Greece and other European countries. Extending the product shelf-life up to 6 months and by participating to international foods shows such as Anuga, Sial, etc. allowed to expand to N.America, Asia and other 3rd countries as well. The production unit works in compliance of international organisations assuring quality and safety of its products. Available certifications: BRC, IFS & ISO.

Με σεβασμό στην παράδοση και αφοσίωση στην ποιότητα αναπτύξαμε την γκάμα μας και με άλλα επίσης εκλεκτά εδέσματα, όπως το Χούμους, Γιαούρτι με Φέτα και Ντομάτα Λιαστή, Cream Cheese με Φέτα και Στραγγιστό Γιαούρτι.

Xρησιμοποιούμε αγνές και ελληνικές πρώτες ύλες (όπως τυρί Φέτα, Στραγγιστό Γιαούρτι, Εξαιρετικό Παρθένο Ελαιόλαδο, κτλ.) οι οποίες ξεχωρίζουν από μόνες τους. Η φιλοσοφία μας είναι να δημιουργούμε ποιοτικά προϊόντα που να έχουν θρεπτική αξία και αξεπέραστη γεύση.

Οι αυθεντικές ελληνικές μας γεύσεις εκτιμώνται ιδιαίτερα και στο εξωτερικό.
Η “Άλφα Γεύση” έχει αναπτύξει σύστημα διαχείρισης ποιότητας και ασφάλειας τροφίμων σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα ΕΛΟΤ EN ISO9001:2008, ΕΛΟΤ EN ISO: 22000:2005, BRC, IFS. Mε αυτό τον τρόπο εξάγει αυτή τη στιγμή τα προϊόντα της στην Ευρώπη, στην Αμερική καθώς και σε άλλες τρίτες χώρες.

Το όνομα “Άλφα Γεύση” έγινε συνώνυμο της κορυφαίας σαλάτας στην Ελλάδα και αποτελεί εγγύηση σε ότι έχει να κάνει με ποιότητα και αυθεντική ελληνική γεύση.
